We will be moving the books and shelving on August 21 starting at 8:30AM.  Come for an hour or all day.  We appreciate any help you can give. 

Can't lift heavy stuff.....help us out with a cookie donation or a bag of chips for the volunteer workers lunch. 

  The paint (teal accent wall) is going up.  Lights are being hung.  Soon the carpet will go in. 

The new library entrance lets in lots of light and will help with heating costs this winter.  What a welcoming site as you enter the new library. 

The paint color is going up on the outside of the new library.

The main entrance is getting a face lift in the form of a new door.  The full length glass door will be very welcoming and allows lots of light into the library.

The library is trying to save money by reusing the ceiling tiles in the building.  All the damaged tiles were removed and the good tiles were place on the south end of the ceiling.  New tiles were purchased and will be put on the north end of the ceiling.  Once all the tiles are in place the lighting can go in. 

With the help of an interior designer and staff input, the new wall colors at the Library have been chosen. The main walls will be cream and there will be a teal blue accent wall.

Windows go in today (May 18)

The new window placement brings lots of light into the new library space.
